• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So Now it's MARCH????

Why yes...

...yes it does!

Thanks!
I also just got a call from Carlo confirming most of what I had heard from The shop. He also confirmed that UPS delivered parts to the shop this morning...
Remaining hopeful here! :ohyea::ohyea:

I know how you feel......

I had my problems with a really bad dealer (really close to my house about 5 miles) but I refuse to do business with them any more and drive to 2 other dealers. They lost several other customers because of the way they treated me, they cost me over $1000 that should not have been.....but they have lost more than that by loosing some very good customers. One is about 30 miles from me and the other one more than twice that. :opps: I hope you get your Spyder back real soon. Lots of good wishes to you!!!

Thanks! I'm aware of the nightmare that you lived, and it bugs me that some dealers just seem to like to take shortcuts at every opportunity... if even it leads them in the wrong direction! :gaah:

Patience!!

You're a very patient man Bob, are you sure you're from NY? :dontknow: :roflblack:

Good luck man, hopefully it'll be over soon!

Oh... My Missus would tell you that I've got GALLONS of it laying around doing nothing!
It's the one thing that I'm good at... Nothing! So I do it often! :roflblack::roflblack::thumbup:

They say that if you love your job, you'll never have to work a day in your life...
My Missus swears that I must love my job more than anything! :roflblack::roflblack:

Well... she certainly DOES swear! :2thumbs: :p

Another NEWSFLASH!!!
I got a call from the shop this morning... It's done and they'll deliver it up to me on Monday. It'll give them a chance to detail the bike and make sure that all is good to go... :2thumbs:
My spirit of optimism is rising once again! WOO-HOO!!
Further reports as the situation unfolds... It's gonna be a LOOONNNGGGG weekend!

So how many miles did they test run it to be sure they did everything right ???:popcorn:

They said That they did about a 20 mile run to make sure that all was "hunky-dory" down in the computers. I'll know more on Monday...

Hope all is well with it. It still sucks that it took so long to get it back nojoke.
