SpyderFest Apr 25-29, 2012; The planning begins!

Hey folks, if you haven't viewed the SpyderFest 2012 group page yet, then CLICK HERE and then join if you plan on attending!

There will be periodic updates posted there. For example we just posted about the MoGang first planning meeting held this past weekend. You can find some commentary and some pics of new lodging that is available as well as a new location that will be added as a passport stop on one of the rYdes at SpyderFest.

The MoGang had a productive kickoff meeting and we have some pretty BIG stuff that we will be announcing over the next few months, so be on the lookout for updates, as I will be keeping you all informed of all the news leading up to SpyderFest Apr 25-29, 2012!

Oh, and we will be updating and enhancing the offical SpyderFest website very soon. Watch for my post on that. We intend to have some pre-registration information and promotional items out there soon. I'll post links to the site as soon as we start updating it with current information for you.

That's great. Last year you were able to help out when Cowtown found a bad thread in part of my handbrake. You were on the spot immediately to swap out the defective part, and I rode home with a working handbrake. Many thanks to Billy for his quick response.

Yes looks like with all the meeting of the minds we have a good spyderfest lined up! Its truly an event put on for spyderlovers by spyderlovers. Going to be a week of nothing but good times and fun events with a lot of spyders:2excited:

SpyderFest Announcement! Farris Customs will sponsor a Passport Run

Hello SpyderLovers! hyea:

We will be alerting you to various SPYDERFEST 2012 events as we become sure of them. Here is one that we can let you all know about! :thumbup:

For those of you who attended last year, you will remember the Passport Runs. A lot like a poker run, but instead of a "deck of cards" we use Passport Books! You will be guided to various stops in and around the Cuba Missouri area. Places you probably would never know about without the Passport Run!

The news tonight is that Danny Farris of Farris Customs will once again this year be Sponsoring a Passport Run. Anyone who buys into the Farris Customs Passport Run will turn in their completed Passport(s) and be entered into a drawing to win a Limited Custom Paint Job By Farris Customs valued up to $2,500!

Also FYI, the website www.spyderfest.com will be fully functional very soon. I'd say it is about 70% complete. We are currently working on having the ability for you to register and pay online (and even offer an EARLY bird discount!!) So watch for more news on that to come out soon.
