• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Aux mirror(s) for RT?

Looking for aux mirror(s) for RT when towing our Bunkhouse. I can see beside us quite well but the Bunkhouse blocks me from seeing what is directly behind us. Have thought about a small convex attached to top corner of windshield but angle is to severe. Any suggestions?

Small rear view mirror for a car?

Glue the flat retainer onto the spyder windshield. That would be permanent. Use the set screw to attach the rear view only when you need it. Adjustability should compensate for angle?

Keith:

Remind me when we meet this Sunday to get one of my horse trailer extenders out of storage and see if it will fit around the Spyder mirror.

Well, in all reality, it IS the same... read on

The "Teddy-Cam" system actually has a dual purpose. Like you have found, our Moto-Mate Camper is just a wee bit taller than Teds Red Sled, blocking the view of traffic behind us when towing the camper. I felt very un-easy about this & wanted a solution. So I was able to get a dual camera system, one mounted for keep'n an eye on Teddy & with the push of a button on the flat screen display, I can view whats lurking "behind" us when towing the camper. Great lil set-up that works well for us, but could easily be a 1camera unit for viewing behind the camper when in tow:thumbup:
