• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello everyone. My name is Holly. I have been lurking here for almost a year and finally signed up. I feel I know most of your personalitys already by just reading your posts. Although I do not drive a Spyder, I am a great passenger. I love going for rides and hope to one day have my own RT to drive or at least to ride on. Like most of you, after a long day at the office it's relaxing to unwind with a easy ride on the Spyder. I say easy because sometimes my driver twists the throttle to much and I have to let him know with a kidney punch. He says the throttle sticks, but of course I do not believe him. Even though I'm just a passenger, I consider myself a Spyderlover like you and wanted to say hello.


I have met some of you on this forum in person already on NY rides and hope to meet many more in the future. Is there other "just passengers" on this forum ?

It was good seeing you a couple of weeks ago again at the Roscoe Diner. Welcome and hope to see you posting some more and telling us about the real Randy and what makes him tic. I know, I know you still probably don't know yourself!:roflblack: You guys are a great couple and we have fun with you guys whenever we get together with you!! :thumbup:;)

I didn't get time to see it last saturday but what about the BMW Have you got any pic yet? Welcome to the forum Holly! It's good to know that I'm not the only one that has to "kidney punch" her hubby for misbehaving while riding. ;) I've rode for 28 years on the back with hubby (mostly HD's) but I now (just this summer) ride my own Spyder and love it! You're young yet, I'm getting up there in years....ya never know what life brings! :thumbup:

You know, I've had the same problem with my passenger (and my throttle as well). Maybe this is more common than I realized! :shocked: I seem to get beat on the helmet instead of the kidneys though. I think I like the helmet approach better. At least I'm getting my money's worth from my protective equipment and I don't wear kidney protection. :ohyea:

Hubby rydes on the back of my RS. Though he's nice to me. No kidney punches so far, knock on wood!!!!!
