Hi all , it is Sataday to day I went to JFK up in Auckland New Zealand and picked up my 2010 RS and bort it home on a traler and I am glade I did that when I went to tri it out this is a monster has some power.
I would never of made it home if I had to drive it back, any how I tryed to get it to reverse for the first time and no go would not reverse I tried I pulled the R lever to me put in to gear
and no reverse dame It .
After I read some of the Operator's guide Page 26 told me what to do not only did I have to pull clutch and put into first gear and hold and with my right hand pull the R lever over to me and then push the gear lever down for the 2nd time so the R comes on the rev counter display .
Now I have Reverse then to get used to this I went up and down the drive way five or six times and testing the brake to, I noticed that my right foot dose not line up to well
with the brake lever as it turns right more than my left foot witch I find hard to use the brake It looks like I will have to mode the brake lever some time soon and make longer to the right so my foot can press it down , I then went for a ride down the road at 12KPH Wow this is some thing even at that slow speed :yikes:then I tryed it at 40KPH a little bit faster I could see my self getting some thing roung if I pushed it much so I went home in one pice tuned it off to have a long hard think about what would go roung if I pushed my self to far to soon
pps:.
Sunday is an other day to take it easy and try some more, slowly this time , I think this is the most I have typed in ever .
