• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have confirmed that Bikes, Blues and BBQ in Fayetteville, Arkansas WILL have the usual full BRP contingent
this year at Baum Stadium parking lot. Free demo rides, factory reps to answer your questions and special
deals on Spyders for sale! Sep 28 - Oct 1. http://www.bikesbluesandbbq.org/

I'll be arriving on Thursday, Gary. Are you there all week? I've been encouraging quite a few friends of mine to come up and take advantage of the rides!

Faran,
Can you "encourage" BRP to do something up here in the Northeast? (Lake George, NY???) I know that SITA was back in July, but it'd be nice if us folks up here had a crack at some of the cool get-togethers that happen down South...

Bob, BRP was in Lake George for Americade in June. You missed a great time and the Spyders certainly made there presence known this year. I saw alot of them. Next year you should come.

Thinking about going there for the weekend. Where's a good place to stay that has rooms and won't be a arm and a leg?

FaranH - I'm working multiple jobs right now to make ends meet, instead of being there all day four days like last year,
I may be there Thur afternoon and Fri afternoon if possible, but for sure on Saturday. -Gary

Lamont, rooms are filling up fast, they're expecting hundreds of thousands of people over the four days.
I may be able to put you up for free Fri and Sat nights, 45 minutes from the festivities, want me to look
into it and let you know?

Thanks Gary, right now I'm on hold because of another project that I may have to deal with. Thanks for the offer though. :doorag:

Gary - I *think* there is going to be a Saturday ride starting from Springdale Bradford Marine and ending up at the BRP tent. I hope we get to meet up! If you want, send me a PM with contact info.:doorag:

For those attending, last year BRP let us park in their display area, which makes it very nice not having to walk from the boondocks.

you can find it on a map here:
http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=212831825332797970640.0004acbfd56e103751d12&msa=0
it will be next to the vendor displays, it's the most southern group of icons on the map

I don't know for certain they will let us park there this year, or if they even have the room. I'll be down there in a few hours, will post again if for some reason we can't park there.

I just saw this thread. I live between Rogers and Eureka Springs and have room for you to stay here. I'm about 45 miles from Fayetteville and will be at Bradford Marine tomorrow morning to meet up with the Spyder Ryders.

Spyders are allowed to park at the BRP demo area at Baum Stadium. A few of us did it today, no problem. Highly recommended.

The Saturday Spyder ryde is on...it starts at Bradford Marine in Springdale at 9am (be early if you want donuts and coffee), we'll do a ryde, then
end up at the BRP demo area at Bikes, Blues & BBQ around 11am. There's another thread about it by "Chuckster."
