HMF Exhaust system

I searched the threads and i didn't find the answer (it may be there just didn't find it ), so, i need to know if the reason for backfiring or popping is from this HMF exhaust system being installed? It was already on my Spyder when I bought it. I am a newbie to motorcycles of any type........ I like the sound of the Exhaust, But, Don't like the loud popping when decelerating. I was told i may need a Juice box......i kind of understand the fuel mixture thing. How do I know if i have one already? Any help would be appreciated!

I have a hmf no juicebox just bought the o2 mod from evoluzione [no backfiring or popping]

you need the 02 modifier much less money,and dose the same thing ,gives moore gas,so to stop the poping and back firing.the moore open pipe makes it run too lean.:thumbup::chat:

ok i am an idiot......what is an 02 modifier? i searched on-line i have no idea what i am looking for? :duh:

It might be the simplest aftermarket item you will install on your Spyder................

Do they make one for the RT, all the ones I found only work on RS.

Is there a difference? mine is an RS, but, wouldn't it be the same for a RT?
