Limited Fog light question

We've been enjoying our new limited and it just had it's first service today. This evening we did some extended night riding. We always leave the fog lamps on and tonight took a good look when we pulled in. In the same area right under the big fog lamps is another little disc that looks like another light. Are those lights? Are they supposed to come on too?

THey are just reflective discs.Possibly could be replaced with LEDS?

I think that the TricLED folks have been eyeing that spot... nothing yet though!
