Taillight issues

I recently added the Brightsides RT rear lights from ESI with the RIPS and the third and fourth tail light LED from Tricled. Install was very straight forward and all worked well after install. By the way the product quality and instructions were all excellent. Anyway, now when I turn off the spyder the taillights sometimes are staying on. Even with the IPS disengaged (i.e. the key removed). Anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

Could you have wired into a circuit that that has a timed [30 second]timed relay After the key is turned off??
