BRP welcome pack

We were told we would get a welcome pack from BRP when we bought our 2011 RT-S.

How long before we get it.

We already have 1500 miles on it. :yes:


We paid for our spyder May 7th and picked it up May 14th 2011. :clap:

My wife bought her RT in August last year and her package came in late September.

I bought my RT on May 31 this year and got my package on Saturday.

got our RT April 12.........got the welcome pack last week.

ANSWERS

Q. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY OWNER’S WELCOME PACKAGE IN THE MAIL.

A. You will receive your Can-Am Spyder welcome package within three months of taking delivery of your new roadster if your dealer has registered your unit with a valid mailing address. If you have registered your roadster under a company name, you will not receive the welcome package.

I picked up our :ani29: on April 29/2011 and still have not received welcome package but we are just getting over our 8 day mail strike .

I just found out this weekend that my dealership never registered my spyder. I've had it for a year! :cus: Guess that explains why I haven't received my welcome package..

It appears they are sending welcome packets quarterly. When you get yours, depends on where you are in the quarter and them entering the data timely to get you the next mailing.
