I know there are a lot of SpyderLovers traveling from all over the country:thumbup: to make it to LBBQ & the MV Owners Event:2thumbs: Just thought I'd share some local info to help save some of you a lot of Headaches/Heartaches.
AVOID GOING THRU CINCINNATI ON INTERSTATE 75/71 on the WEEKENDS!!! Major road construction has the highway backed up for hours. During the week, it's not so bad, but they close all but 1 lane of I75/71 Northbound on the weekends:yikes: You can take 275 East in Florence Kentucky to avoid the worse of the construction, that is if you can even make it to that exit before you run into the backup. Last week, it was backed up from the Ohio river to south of Florence:yikes:
I know many of you North of KY may be heading home on Sunday from Maggie Valley, as Teddy & I will be, and I75 is a major thruway for most of us, so I'd hate to see so many Spyders caught in this :cus: I'd avoid at all costs :lecturef_smilie:
But hey, if you find yourself taking I75/71 thru Cincinnati:dontknow: wave to Teddy & I when you come across the Ohio River on the double decker bridge:2thumbs: as we live in the gray condos that are built up on piers right next to the river & the bridge:2thumbs: If I knew we'd be home by then, heck, I'd say stop on by for a visit:chat: Always good to meet fellow SpyderLovers:2thumbs:

Between Grant, Kenton County Line and Boone, Kenton County Line. The road is being repaved. A lane is closed. Traffic is stop and go. Expect long delays. From 7:00PM EDT to 5:00PM EDT daily. Until September 30.

Between Exit 186: KY 371; Buttermilk Pike and I-71; Ohio State Line. Major road construction work is in progress. A lane is closed. Traffic is stop and go. Consider using an alternate route. Expect long delays. From 12:00AM EDT to 12:00PM EDT on weekends and from 9:00AM EDT to 6:00AM EDT on weekdays. Until June 30.
