• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Interesting Comfort Seat issue...

So, I've been riding and it's been HOT here in MD...

Anyway, after a ride, I put my bike in the garage, lift the seat, and hook up the
Battery Tender.

Last week, I noticed that two of the rubber 'pegs' had come out from under the bottom of the comfort seat...odd...must have been really hot, got sticky (they're rubber), and stuck to the metal...

So, what did I do? I cut off the nubs as there was no way to reinsert the rubber peg back into the bottom of the comfort seat. I then used some loctite crazy glue and glued them back onto the comfort seat at the spot where they used to be connected.

Result after a few hot runs...the seat works great and the pegs are still holding...

My rubber pegs came off also [stock seat] I also glued them back,
But instead of gluing them to the seat i glued them to the frame at the spots were they would hit if they were still attached to the seat,

Have not run into that problem with the one comfort seated :spyder2:.

Hot does not happen here much. 70 degrees two or three times last summer. Have yet to hit it so far this year. We are hovering in mid 60's.

But watch out, when the rubber freezes..............................LOL
