• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Brake bleeding

Anybody have to get brakes bled because they got soft? I have lots of pads left hardly no brakes anymore.

Assuming you have checked fluid levels and no fluid leaks from cylinders,
Might be time to get system checked out could be a bad master or brake caliper

My brakes were soft like that also. My brake pedal travel would get better if I pumped the pedal once or twice before applying full pressure. I decided to have my brakes bled by the dealer a few weeks ago. They said there was a little air in the system and my pads were good. It seems to be much better after they bled the brakes.

Also make sure your parking brake is properly adjusted. It too can cause a low pedal even if you never use it.

roadhammer or charlie sheen?

is that you or a pic of charlie sheen holding a skull?

All fixed, bled the bike and presto my brakes returned.

Thumbs up to my BRP dealer for squeezing me in and getting it done.
