MOTO GP starts this weekend, anyone else watch this

Qatar is this weekend, I can't wait, I don't have tv at my house but I do at work, where I will be this weekend anyway.


Anyone else follow this? I am not big into watch much of anything but I do love this.

I'm a huge MotoGP fan. :clap: I'm thinking of dropping my cable and am not really interested in satellite, but I haven't found an internet source for the MotoGP races. If anyone knows of a source I would really appreciate the info. nojoke

It'll be in Indy Aug. 26-28th. Great weekend. Lots of bikes. They shut down the center of Indy at night for all the bikes. Come one come all:thumbup:

Oh yeah man! I love watching this and the TT as well. I'm gonna do my best to finally get out to 'Seca to watch them live. I've been there many times to watch Champcar, Rolex Gran-Am, ALMS and have even turned a few laps on this track, but never have watched the Bikes. They say it's a crazy sene!

Hey Seth, I just checked Speed Channel's site. Qatar is the weekend of the 20th. Daytona Bike Week is this weekend so they should have some good AMA stuff going. That should wett the appetite!

I am going to get a little nascar on you here by saying that pedrosa is a dull little bastard and whenever it comes down to him gunfighting another racer he can not win. Not a fan of that guy but that is my rant about it. It would be better if you could see me with a bean can full of spit, the levi garrett I was dipping, the budwiser jumpsuit and matching cowboy hat.

John hopkins is back with Suzuki, that is awesome. Hopefully an american rider can do something and I would love to see Suzuki win a GP.

no its just my brother and I have the same rant about him, just does not seem to have what rossi or other riders have but because he weights 85 pounds and for some other reason motoGP pushes him as a champion in waiting it just bothers me. Don't get me wrong everyone on that track is the .001% of the BEST on the planet.

its just my nascar esk rant about him, plus he was a big push for HRC which I am not a fan of either, and I have owned hondas before, they seem to be the bully of the who motogp.

Anyone who watches motoGP is another level closer to being truly enlightened!!!!

I understand what your saying, and he certainly does rub people the wrong way from all the way back to his 125 days. However, I certainly do think that he has what it takes to win it all.

There are indeed question marks as to whether or not he can keep a consistent pace throughout an entire race, but I think the addition of Stoner to Honda will help him grow this year.

Personally, there is nothing more I would love than to see Rossi dethrone Lorenzo on the Ducati, but thus far the testing has not gone veery well compared to the Honda's or Yamaha's.

Its gonna be an interesting year, thats for sure.

Seth i like anything to do with motorcycles and when i catch it i will watch motogp for awhile but they usually have an announcer with a heavy accent and i get turned off by it. its like scratching a chalkboard.

Well, The Repsol Hondas are taking the practice sessions by storm. Of course practice is one thing; qualifying and the race are a different animal. But it certainly sets a tone.

Yes indeed. :thumbup: Very good race. I thought Ben Spies made a very nice showing in the number 11 machine as well. I think I am going to follow him a bit more cosely this season. That track is a great layout and is spectacular to watch under the lights. That second wreck was a bit strange wasn't it? still not sure what happened there. I'm just glad the rider was OK.
