• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Search command quirk

I was searching for forum to find some recent postings about ways to hide a spare key on the Spyder. It turns out that the work 'key' is too common or too short to be included in the search algorithm so it only searches based on the other words you use like 'hidden' or 'spare' etc. How about that!!

There's a post in here somewhere about a key holder that was attached to the oil tank. I was hoping to check that thing out. Does any one know what that was called? Thanks :dontknow:

Does anyone know how to fake out the search engine to actually do a search on a short or common word?

Put your search words in quotes--- like this "key holder"

Thanks. I tried single quotes and that didn't work. Doubles seem to make a difference.

I searched on "hide a key" found what I was looking for. It's in a posting by Vtrider. Now I can go shopping.
