There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Uh yeah = Spydergirl posted some great looking mods she had done by the vendor and lamonster posted in that thread that they are a new Spyderlovers sponsor...

Yes, I also would like to play with the TricPlate, but what you really want to look at are the TricLED's for the Spyder. :2thumbs:

That is the best thing of all about the availability of mods for our Spyders. It allows everyone to change their Spyder to their own liking, regardless of if anyone else likes it or not.

I for one like the LED's. I wish I can see it in person at night though. The YouTube videos don't show the whole story I'm sure. I'm a big supporter of more lights for our safety. But I wonder if the lights produce too much of a distraction for other motorists, expecially our fellow cyclists who we might be following. Also, all these lights won't cause the nanny to have a brain fart will it. I remember a thread about some fog/head lights that may have.
