Ok, dumb question. Is there any correlation between the outside temperature and riding comfort as it applies to the stock seat on the RT? The weekend I picked up my RT I rode for 3 1/2 hours in 50 degree weather and was very comfortable. This past weekend I rode about and hour and a half in 90 degree weather in stop and go traffic (due to construction) and my backside was "hurting" by the time I got to my destination. Can temperature make that much difference in how comfortable the stock seat is? I've added the utopia backrest, but it seemed as though the hot weather magnified the effect of the pressure points between my bottom side and the stock seat. Has anyone else experienced this effect when riding in hot weather? I know that Corbin seats have a break-in of about a 1000 miles. Is there a "break-in" period with the stock seat?
