• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Great Service in Arizona

I promised John/"Rocky" that I would put a plug out there for his shop. It a little out of the way... Strawberry, AZ which is about 2 hours up 87 from Phoenix. But if you live in AZ or are passing thru, I promise you that you'd look long and hard to find someone to service your bike as well and I can't imagine beating the price unless you do it yourself. I was at 3,000 miles and due for an oil change. A couple of friends who ride Harleys suggested that I try GCC. Wow! Well worth the ride up the hill. I bought the parts at a local dealer and rode up with my buddies a couple of Saturdays ago. He charged less than $ 50.00 for his labor. And he told me that if I wanted to service my bike with him, he'll stock the parts. Rocky and his wife Mo are awesome people. Check out their website www.gilacountychopper.com. By spring 2011 they will have a 4-6 bay shop and a microbrew that overlooks the mountains. CHECK EM' OUT IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

I talked to Rocky last weekend when we went out for the Biker wash and got pretty excited about his plans for the Microbrewery and bike shop. One question, unless he has the Buds setup he would be limited in what he could do for or Spyders. I never asked him about it, do you know.
