• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

5th Annual USO Spt Ri(y)de

OK ----so here we go again
So what time do I meet up in Cuba for the ride to Lebanon.
Then whats the name of the motel at the Lake. Need to make reservations.
oh yes ----dose it have hair dryers in each room.
I Won't be able to leave town overnight this year however we could tear up this town and maybe do our own ride after the big event.
Joe the General might prefer to ride the Queens RT:bowdown:

Gene;
I will not be able to meet up in Cuba. I will rely on Lee and X to coordinate for any Spyder group meeting and ride to Lebanon. As I am a member of the coordinating committee for this event, I will need to be there early. I have requested the presence of "her highness, the Queen" to accompany me. She will join you all at the Lebanon location, as I will be riding up front. We'll also be game for any after event events.

If you’d like to spend the night here in the beautiful "Waynesvegas" area, the Hampton Inn, St. Robert is about the best.

P.S. They have hair dryers in every room.

USO

First and foremost-----the USO day was great and a must do again event-----A good ride for the rest of the day that took us to dinner time--- we went to a very posh upscale Restaurant at the lake (no other bikes in the parking lot) Then we went back to the motel pool drank diet Pepsi and visited till the wee hours.-----That was really a good time.
I had high hopes we do that again this year.
I like the part where no one has to do anything but visit.

If that is what everyone wants to do I could arrange for someone to feed my dogs to where I could be gone overnight.

I AM SO UP FOR THIS! I missed the after party last year and will not miss this years. Whatever everyone wants to do will be great by me. hoping all can make it.

Yah I'll be up for something as well.. I say we do this... We plan a route back toward St. Louis area in order to get Gene and Len somewhat near there home,, close it up with a dinner say Potosi, not sure what is there but we can plan for it anyway, its off the beating path and in the woods, I know for one have never been there,, we should all be able to be home before dark that way... Hows that sound to the Waynesville, Cuba and St. Louis groups??

Joe
(X)

PS: I just wanna ride folks thats all......

Wish I could come but I am not up for a ride that far yet. The USO is one of my favorite groups, That is also my birthday (the 13rh) I am hopefully going o drive up to KC to pick up a new car (my present to myself). I may be able to get up your way later in the summer but I don't have any vacation time left, used it all up when I was off two months with the broken hip. So it may be next year. I love that area.
