Remember how Spydergene started his discription of the Missouri Rendezvous? (Spyder Fest US) I quote:
Well that was last year's ride.
The 5th Annual USO Support ride will take place on 12 June 2010. The ride starts at the Lebanon, MO Ozark Harley Davidson store.
Address is 2300 Industrial Drive, Lebanon, MO 65536.
Kickstands up (or Emrgency Brakes Off) at 1200 (12:00 noon). Cost is $10.00 per bike/$15.00 with passenger. Get there a little early to register and meet new friends. The ride will travel county roads to the Ft. Leonard Wood USO.
We will need to stage at the front gate of Ft Leonard Wood for a quick security check. I am coordinating that, and hope it runs as smoothly as last year.
There were several Spyders at the event last year. Drew quite a bit of attention, as you might immagine.
Riders and passengers will have to comply with certain PPE requirements:
The Army and the Fort have stringent requirements for motorcycle safety.
Yes xpeschon, you will have to wear a shirt.
This is a fun event, supporting a great organization. ALL proceeds are donated to the USO at the end of the ride.
Here is a link to the event flyer. I can also e-mail it if you'd like. Call 573-512-1419, or pm myself or BumbleBee.
