Duplicate PE #

Are there any RS and RT duplicate PE #'s? The same phenomena happens in stamp investment markets too, a duplicate print of the same unique stamp is more valuable and rare. opcorn:

my understanding is that a spyder PE sent to Australia, or another continent could have the same #001,002,003 etc. as here in the USA
