• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We plan on staying at L.Wood on the 14th so that we can get an early start in the morning.

On the 14th of May our day will begin in High Ridge and end 113 miles later in Waynesville. We would like to meet THE CREW from mid-mo and visit that evening.

On the 15 we have a big day planned ----breakfast with THE CREW in Lebanon meet up with Irishman who will be visiting his brother and then our longest mileage day on the road 338 miles to OK City. An average of 9.39 mph in 48 hours.
This trip may take longer than we figured. (ohsowhat)

Actually Gene is getting too excited. We're staying over at Ft Leonard Wood on the 15th and departing Lebanon after breakfast on the 16th
 
I had to check the Official Rt 66 Log Book.
and it says----

Then after riding an exhausting 126 miles we will be ready for a gas up and coffee near or in Joplin.

This is starting to shape up real nice, we can have a real visit on the 15th and then escort you all out of the state on the 16th along with meeting the NW Ark group in Joplin. Speaking of the NW Ark group do any of you plan on going to the motorcycle swap meet in Forsyth Mo. on 18 Apr.

We have been known to warm the pavement on I44 a time or two, USO run and the Spyderexpress are both fond memories to me.
 
Yes, sounds fine, as the date gets closer, tell us where and when, and we'll be there! We have at least a dozen Spyder owners in the area, including a few RT-S.

BB...No dinner plans yet. Will let you know as son as we make some. We're going to stay at the Ft Leonard Wood Army Lodge (if there's room). If not, we'll get a motel...just don't know which one yet

I also met the guy with the other yellow Spyder in town. I told him about SpyderLovers and invited him to check us out, I also told him about this upcoming get together and he sounds interested.

Irish has made reservations for us at the Munger Moss Motel for the evening of the 15th. It's an old style Route 66 style motel so that should get us in the mood. If you plan to stay that night, mention Brian Kelly's name and tell them you are with the group when you make your reservations. . Don't know what that buys you, hopefully something.
I think Gene and I will be arriving the afternoon of the 15th. I plan on riding over from the Indianapolis area on the 14th and meet Gene. It will be great to see everyone.

Because we will be leaving early morning of the 15th---Our total mileage for the day 140 miles. So we can meet up anytime and have a coffee break then meander to Lebanon.

When the time gets closer we can set the time and place.
Good Grief I cannot wait.
