Air Front Suspension

Anyone know of and/or tried a Front air suspension for the RT.

Kewl Metal, looks like they might have something for the rear of the RS, But I don't think it would fit the Front of the RT.

I would like a air front suspension, that you can adjust while you are riding and do not have to get off jack up adjust firm, then ride or a 1-2 hour ride threw the twisties, then while out on the rode want to hit a freeway and decide you want a softer more cushy ride.

Or will the rear air shock fit on the front of the RT-S and can it be hooked into the rear adjustment.

Call KewlMetal, they sell air rides for many types of bikes, some with dual shocks, so maybe they can work something out for you. Post your findings, I have thier rear air shock, it would be interesting to know if that is an option.

I don't find a need to adjust the fronts while riding as much as the rear, and the fronts are much easier to adjust than the rears are. If you had to, you could do it on the road as long as you lube them. But when it comes time to replace them, air would be a nice option.

The reason I went with the air shock on the back is because I switch between solo riding and two up often. I has the rear spring at almost the highest setting at all times, which made for a real stiff ride when solo.

We Don't have anything for the front. I have thought about it, but that's as far as it's gotten. A dual system for independent suspension is a little different than what we make now. I have installed such a system on a conventional trike rear suspension. The left and right has to be independent so they don't cross feed.
