If you are still running the OEM tires, then they really
NEED the manufacturer's recommended pressures due to their lightweight construction! The front tires are lightly loaded and relatively narrow, so should wear fairly well. The rear will wear in the centre pretty much regardless of pressure you run anyway, altho the XGS (still a Kenda, just a different tread pattern!) may chew the outer tread blocks a little more, especially if used on loose &/or aggressive surfaces. And if you aren't lucky enough to fluke a good OEM tire or three, you may well find that you have other tire issues due to the OEM tires poor quality control during manufacture - many do (probably most?! Even if they may not realise it!

)
But when it comes to tire pressures on Spyders (any models, including Canyons) the weight/loading of the Spyder is close enough across the board that it really makes very little difference which model you are riding, the pressure required in the tires is going to be pretty much the same; the OEM tires
NEED the manufacturer recommended pressures, as does any Kenda clone, including Arachnids, Kanines, XGS; and any quality 'real' car tire (as opposed to the lightly made lesser quality OEM tires that are also 'car' tires!) will only need around 18 psi because of their better/stronger construction and the resulting capability of those tires to keep more of the tread in contact with the road surface all the time!
So it won't hurt to Search on Tire Pressure and do some reading - there's no significant difference between the Canyons and any other Spyder, the weight range and loading on the tires does not change enough to warrant any significant variation in the pressures needed, altho your specific use might warrant a variation of maybe +/- 2psi or so. Just don't run any tire below 14 psi for very long - ever!
