We are getting information that all non-essential businesses in Greeneville, TN are required to close starting this Monday (October 1) and remain closed until further notice due to infrastructure damage in the area. We have not been officially notified so things are still unsettled. We have not been affected and, at this point, all employees and the business itself is fine. We do have some temporarily stranded employees (bridges out or unsafe to cross). But we are all doing fine.
I am not sure how this is going to materialize or what it will mean to our operation short term. I am writing this message from my office at the shop. I assure you that we will do all we can to stay as operational as the authorites will allow. I'm just giving a head's up and the latest assessment of the situation. I believe we will be able to ship all orders in a timely manner. But if this should change, for any reason, we will certainly let you know.
Thank you for all who have contacted us with concern. Some in this area are really hurting. There have been deaths and some are missing as well. Your care for us is greatly appreciated. We consider all of you family.
