• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need help with resolving Fault Codes U0155 & B2215 - anyone help?

I have the following faults that I hope someone can help me with:

1) U0155 - Loss of communication with cluster

I think this one happened when I disconnected battery, then reconnected; but now it never goes away.

2) B2215 - Heated lever open or short circuit

This appears whenever I turn on the heated handlebar grips. If I turn them off, shut off bike, and turn it on again, the code is gone, but as soon as I turn the heated grips on again, the code comes back.

Thanks

Peter

Same thing with my 2024 Spyder RTL, the U0155 code will stay on the dash until ACP comes out from BRP and is downloaded to your vehicle, either thru WiFi or BUDS (dealer), your choice. The B2215 code happened to me twice, took it to the dealer, they cleared the code with their BUDS2 system and said that the ACP update will fix that too, we’ll see. I’ve spent quite a bit of time and energy with this at my dealership. They now know me quite well. But they are very customer oriented, which I appreciate.

I have the 2024 RTL, downloaded the newest download 2 weeks ago, V3.1.0 and got the U0155 code. Took to dealer, BUDS removed it but it is back on the screen again. Dealer and I don’t know why. Navigation and music work fine, phone is a little “iffy” , seems there is a lag in communication. Any help? Dealer sent a case file to BRP.

Hello BlueSpy. I have the U0155 code also. I upgraded to V3.1.0 a couple weeks ago. I am not sure when I got the code as I just happened to look at faults while trying to figure out why the audio was so poor.
CarPlay and navigation works. But voice messages are in super slow motion. Non-comprehensible. Called my dealer yesterday and he wants me to bring it in and leave with him so he can open up a ticket with BRP. I am concerned they might keep my RT for weeks or months as I have read some on this forum.
Please update your thread if you hear something back from your dealer.

OK, called BRP yesterday, she said that 2 case files have been opened on my 2024 Spyder by 2 different dealers that I gone to. She advised me to wait until after Jan 1st before I contact my dealers. BRP said their techs have addressed this to the aforementioned dealers, one in AL and one in TX. So I will wait till about Jan 5th.
