• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sad to hear this. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I was passing someone last weekend when they decided they needed my lane more than I did. We really ARE invisible.

Prayers to immediate and extended families. Also prayers to all Spyder riders that we can all drive like our lives depend on it!

Sorry to hear that it's very sad. I think BRP is partially at blame for the safety of these vehicles. When I got my new f3 ltd last year, I had three people in cars pull out in front of me. Since changing to LED headlights and fog light I haven't had a single incident of this. It wouldn't cost BRP as much as it did me to do the changes at time of build.

My prayers go out to them and it doesn't matter about lights I found that out last week. I had led high beams and foglights on at the time the #$&# drifted over right in front of me. I ended up going headfirst into a curb with my right side following. I'm in strict agreement with Snoking1127 assume everyone on the road is a hired assassin out to kill you.

Condolences to the family. When I was in the military and I arrived overseas, one of the first things I had to do was complete a defensive driving course. All these years later, I use the techniques I was taught in the car and especially on my Spyder. When I am on the Spyder, my mindset is that those on the road with me will do the opposite of what they should prudently do!

I was shocked to read this. I'm only about 30 miles from Oregon, Illinois. Prayers to Linda and family

My prayers for the family. Today on the way to work I had a gal pull out of a convince store on a four lane road. And pull in front of me on my vespa scooter. She pulled int the inside lane, I was only going 15 mph. I hit the brakes hard and went for a slide. I work for KDOT and was wearing a bright yellow shirt and orange cap. She came over and apologized saying she didn't see me. I have road rash on my arm and knee. Went to hospital in an ambulance.
Put a down payment on a 2019 spyder limited last Saturday. Will pick it up from the dealer next Friday. This happened in a small town in Kansas. Alway be alert!
