• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sue and I just got back from Mount Washington area. We arrived on Thursday. Was a very nice day for a ride. Stayed in North Conway. Friday we rode thru Crawford Notch over to Bethlehem, then down past Sugar Bush. Arrived in Lincoln. Sue had to stop at Dunkin Donuts for a refresher drink. Rode the Kancamagus Highway. Great ryde. Arrived back at the hotel. Met a real nice couple from Quebec. They were ryding a 2021 Ltd, pulling a trailer. Next day I led them through Hurricane Mountain Road and thru Evans Notch over to Jefferson; down to Twin Mountain; then down to Lincoln; and finally, the Kancamagus Highway. Did 185 miles and had a great time. Oh yeah, we tried to go up the access road to Mt. Washington, but they had the road closed due to wind speeds over 100 hundred miles per hour. The couple from Quebec were able to go to the top today. Sue and I headed for home. Had a good trip and missed Hurricane Lee. Bruce

SugarBush ....Lincoln ???? were you in Vermont ???? .... Mike

Glad you weren't in my neighborhood ( and didn't let me know beforehand :roflblack: ) ......BECAUSE between Sugarbush & Lincoln ( in Vermont ) there is a mountain road that rivals the like s of " the Dragón " or the " Rattler " ...... It is the Steepest paved road in Vermont with a 24% grade, plus it's one of the Twisti-est roads I've ever been on ..... and it's only 8 miles from my house. ...... it will be closed in three weeks and re-open May 15, ......Thanks for the info ....Mike
