• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

cool, how many speeding tickets have you got so far?

0, but working for the sheriffs dept has gotten me out of about 5-8 tickets this summer, its ALL in who you know,

On a side note of that, the cops that don't ride motorcycle don't find this as funny as the others, I had some lady I live by call and complain that I was a "silver atv with a wheelchair on the back" and was scared I might hit a school bus, wtf would i do to a school bus? anyway the cop that handled that one forwarded the compaint to the sheriff and then my boss so she had to write me up for some BS. When people in town complain about me I just avoided the roads they lived on . Its funny to me that some of the cops I work with still don't get that if you don't care about living or dying what is a ticket? If I get a moving violation i get suspended for 3 days, so that gives them a crapper dispatcher for that amount of time. I mean the last thing I want is to get someone in trouble at work, I mean the domestics, cho mo's and serious assault that John Q public could not deal with IF they heard about them are way more important that me.

But as we all know people confuse loud with fast and fear what they don't understand so they condem it and complain so they can say they are actuallly doing something about the problems that are small and they can handle. The #1 way I have found that people can deal with no ****bag people is go and talk to them, I would over 50% less calls if people did this, I have no problem talking to someone who is concerned about my driving ahd if they don't like the noise then I would stay clear of their place if possible

Its a sad paradox that I can drive as fast as I want but don't have the ability to go as fast as I want.

Fug it,

An ATV with a chair on the back. LMAO i love it:2thumbs:

Man, Your saving yourself a lot of money by not taking, "Flying Lessons,"
You Fly on the Spyder. I hit 95 on a crowded CT highway. I can only Wonder what SPEED:yikes: you were doing on that Long Road??
That Video Brought a Lot of Smiles to my face as mine is Asleep for the winter! Be Careful out there!!!!

Nice!:2thumbs: There is no such thing as a nice empty country road where we live. If that road was by us, it would be bumper to bumper w/ cars. Very pretty - no houses, no commercial junk - very nice where you were riding! We don't have much of that here in CT. So nice you can fly on those roads! Be worth the ticket!

Anyone is welcome to come up/over. Got a huge garage now and I have room, its a drive but that is kinda the point. I would wait unitl may or late march as far as weather goes. The road in the video is NO were near the best roads in the area.

Maybe we'll. Take you up on that!

Good for you

Good for you Seth for having this spirit of going out and braving this cold. You inspired me. How fast were you going towards the end of the video. Be safe and have a merry Xmas.

about 95ish on the speedo so about 87 real speed, the corner on was the whole spyder shifted because of the salt, ice and cold tar but it was why it was a slow of an exit speed.

You are a brave one out there in those temps! And, it's clear you like to boogie! I'm sorry to hear that you don't care if you live or die. I hope the Spyder gives you enough enjoyment and reason to stay on.

at about 1:30 I found myself holding my desk and leaning a little forward as if to fight the wind.....

you're my hero and I'm going to see if can plan a trip to hang with you this winter.

:yikes:
I had visions of your:spyder2:swapping ends about five times if you would have edged into the snow/ice along side the road. :yikes:

with the weight on the front end and the traction control makes it stay pretty straight, always a risk though. Makes not so challanging roads challanging.

I am serious that if people want to ride some great rodes come up. The bugs suck in the summer and the tourists on the road once the lakes get warm but its like that everywhere I suppose.
