• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How are the BRP emblems attached? Easy to remove?

How are the BRP emblems attached to the Trunk, Dash and Frunk? are they just adhesive? How hard are they to remove?
Reason for asking, I'm having the shinny Black parts painted tomorrow and should I take them off or just tape them off. I don't Like nor Dislike them just don't want to do any damage to the body parts...

I believe they are attached by adhesive, warm them up with a heat gun or hair dryer and they can be removed and replaced after your paint job. .....Bill..

I replaced mine with Spider emblems (all the correct sizes). Not too sure where I obtained them, but for some reason I think that I got them from Lamont aka Lamonster. That was probably 5 years ago and memory is a bit hazy.

Same here. They are a little different than the current offering . Heated them and pried them off--- easy peasy------------

Got them off, easier then removing tank badges on a Harley or Yamaha... Now just gotta find something to put on there that isn't a BUG i step on in my garage.... LOL

bigbadbrucie turned me onto the emblems he bought from Lamonster for his 2014 RT. Can anyone who owns a 2019 and older and a 2020+ RT tell me if the emblems are the same diameter? The Lamonster site does not specify this and I have not heard back from their sales department.

FrogmanDave, I do believe that all the BRP emblems front and back are the same size. I have the replacement Spyder emblems from Lamonster Garage
on my Spyder. See picture of trunk emblem

I forgot to post that Lamonster contacted me earlier letting me know that all RT's use the same emblem sizes. I ordered a set earlier this evening. Thanks Bruce. Thanks Partzman.

Martin the Vlogger also has a set of emblems, I believe they are 3d printed with a sort of smiley face. It's just what you fancy. I, for one, had a Wrap company print some stickers in the size of the emblems, so everything is possible.
Just think outta the box

I used a hair dryer and gently peeled it from the F3 trunk. I had a BMW emblem from my last bike that fit perfectly where the ugly BRP emblem had been. It's fun to watch people look at the BMW emblem then ask "I didn't know the BMW makes a 3-wheeler?"

Well actually they sort of do ..... a member here " Docdoru " (?) .... was a dealer for a three wheeler like ours ( name not remembered [Taurus] ) .... that was powered by a BMW engine of 180 HP (?).... it was very expensive and I'm not sure it's still made .... some of our " old timers " here should remember it ... and him ......
