i was riding on Friday of last week and at a light the bike shifted into neutral by itself and would not shift back to first, no lights came on at that time, i pulled over and shifted the bike into reverse. it did shift then i put it into first and my trip home was uneventful as far issues with the bike, yesterday the tranny light came on for a moment and went off . bike shifts fine, so i am a bit worried. i do have tripe's planned . not showing any codes. only have 4500 on it.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
21 RTL shifted itself to Neutral, then wouldn't shift for a while! Advice?

I would take it to the Spyder Dealer Technician and see what they find.
As for what is wrong, I am not sure. Maybe someone else will have a tip.
A 2021 should have some Warranty. .....:thumbup:

..I know that feeling, but if you don't schedule it now/today it will be several months before it gets repaired.
I would call your Spyder Dealer and ask them to schedule you. Then ask for them to call you when to bring your Spyder.

Sadly passed away, December '23.
You should able to schedule a time/date to ring it in for a diagnosis. It shouldn’t take them a month to do that. Hopefully that can at least tell you what’s wrong. Then you can decide where to go from there.
