CONGRATS!!!!!
Never put my RT in hibernation this winter and was able to ride most weekends. Not able to take a serious ride until mid-May when I will spend a week in Arkansas on the Spyder. My favorite place to ride. Anyway, glad you could get it out on the road.

Yesterday's ride was fantastic. 75 degrees in places. We are heading out for another ride in about 10 minutes.

My RT gets no rest year-round. Winter is the Polar Bear Grand Tour with a different sign-in spot every week. :riding: It saves me from having to winterize and find something to do till Spring!

March ride

Well just got back .... It was just what I needed ... lots of wind therapy ..... Friends of mine have a young daughter who is mentally challenged. So when I'm riding in the Valley ( local stuff ) I will stop by their house and see if She wants to go..... She loves the Spyder, at least She did until I showed up in the Cobra. .... She Reeeeeeeally likes the Cobra .... I think because it's LOUD ..... gets a real kick if I leave rubber .... Glad you folks got to ride today also ..... Although it's going to stay warmish. .... It's also going to RAIN :banghead::banghead::banghead: ...... I actually did TWO wonderful things today .... I went Skiing from 8am to 10am ...... never did that before ..... Mike

March Ryde Time

:coffee:...I have been able to enjoy 4 Days of March Ryde Time. 3/14/22 to 3/17/22. This has been a first time in many years.

Get the Spyder ready for Spring Ryde Time. ....

I also took the plunge and road both of my bikes today. Close to 70 degrees and could resist. I am so glad that I bought that Triumph Rocket as I have been missing the two wheel thrill. Next I need to change the oil in both bikes but I reserve that for another day. Hope others got out for some wind therapy.

Love those Rockets. Almost bought one myself. Now, can not lift those heavy two wheeled beasts:bowdown:

Mike, I road today also with Haze ( David from Battleborn Spyders) Just tooling around and shopping for tires.
A few times I've skied in the morning and then had the :spyder2: out in the afternoon. Glorious!!

Got a few miles in Wednesday and Thursday, but it rained today. Hopefully it washed away the early pollen. :gaah:

70 degrees in southern Ohio these last two days. A nice solo ride on the Moto Guzzi Wednesday and 170 miles on the Spyder today. Wife is under the weather so our 12 year old granddaughter took her seat. I fear she is hooked and will no doubt want to arm wrestle grandma for that seat.

The long await is OVER! Since Monday we have had beautiful weather here in Southern Illinois, and I was getting that impatient itch to take it out of hibernation.

My first year owning it, and having it in hibernation, I wasn't sure what to expect with it being on Battery Tender all winter here. It did GREAT! Cranked the first time. I was happy as a lark, to say the least.

Last 2 days of riding has been SWEET! Unfortunately rain is now moving in. BUT, I still got that first ride in, that's all that matters , and I feel GREAT!

Happy :riding: everyone! ENJOY!

First ride for me, was on newyears day, 15 degrees celsius, and a watery sun, hardly no wind, PERFECT, then I brought the bike to a suspension specialist, and he just phoned me, that it's ready for take off...
So this weekend, is going to be wel spent.... Therapist, can close their doors...

Here in northern IL my first ride this season was on March 1st, and I’ve been able to get out for rides several times since. But until the temps get to 80 degrees, my wife won’t go with me.

Rode ours last weekend for the first time this year when we went to dinner with friends. It was close to 60 degrees, but man, it felt great.

Thank goodness for heated grips, something I wish I had on my Harley.

Just got back from a 200 mile ride this morning in N.E. Ga. Timed it perfect, 5 minutes after I got back the bottom fell out.
