• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Eighty degrees and mostly sunny yesterday (5/23) and today (5/24). Looks like another ride day.

Saw four Spyders and a whole pack of lady HD riders yesterday.

Warmer Days

:coffee:Yesterday, got the grass all cut. First time this season.:yes:
Enjoyed a 2 hour Spyder Ryde with the wife.
The temperature (85°F) was a little warmer than I like but still fun. Enjoy your Ryde Time. ......

Ditto on the grass cutting and the 85 degrees. Been doing the grass here since April though.

Rainy Days

:coffee: Been trying to get grass cut all month. Finally got it all cut. First time this season.
Now the Rain has come back. Next 5 days are going to be very wet. I hope you have a sunny day. ......

160 miles yesterday scouting the Hills and playing with video. Hope to get something put together in the next month.

Weekend Weather

:coffee: YES, another wonderful weekend is finally here. Today 73° and 30% Rain, Saturday 70° Sunny, Sunday 66° with sunshine. Enjoy your Ryde Time and Always Ryde Safe. .......

Valley Springs reporting. Yes, another good weekend for us is also coming up. Sunshine, blue skies, high 70's. It looks like miles, and miles to ride this weekend.

That will be a great ending to the month of May. Hope you do a June thread.

Valley Springs update: Great 125 mile ride. Temp turned into mid-80's. Saw some new territory this ride. We are amazed at the beautiful rides in our area. Saw a few other bikes...no Spyders today.

Last day of May here in Oz - dawned windy & fine but rapidly clouded over, & now we're getting intermittent rain to accompany the 'gusting to gale force' winds & the 9°C/48.2°F max temp! :p

All of which added up to mean it wasn't looking like it was gonna be the best of morning rydes, but it turned out that the RT just didn't wanta go either!! Today is the day the 7 year 5 month old battery finally failed to start the RT first go.... it's just blanking the screen & telling me to rack off!! :sour: So cos the day wasn't going to be such a great ryding day anyway, I've decided to give it a miss today & replace the battery instead! :ohyea:

Alternative transportation in Deadwood today...

LAST DAY of MAY

:coffee: Well, May was a very wet month here in Indiana. Everything was green and growing so fast. Keeping the grass all cut was a major problem. Everything is good and no real health issues. Today 70° and Sunny. Enjoy your Ryde Time and always Ryde Safe. .......

Valley Springs reporting in: Have to agree, lots of ups and downs for the month.

We managed to put on a little over 2700 miles on the :spyder2:'s for the month of May. If we ride today, and I think we will, 200 more should be a given.

So far this year, we have over 10,000 miles on the :spyder:'s. Its looking like a 25,000 mile year. Time will tell. That is a big change from our Alaska riding pattern.
