Need advice on 18 inch floor boards on 2017 RT?

Anyone installed the new 18 inch floor board on drivers side 2017 RT???

I've wear a size 12 boot and need more room. Any experience with installing or using these new floor boards would be appreciated!

This is the only thing I've seen about an 18" floorboard. I'm not sure about the 2017 RT, but in my 2018 RTL if you install these you will lose the rubber isolation the OEM floorboards offer. While I would really appreciate more room, the isolation on the OEM boards is excellent and I'd opt for a pair of highway pegs. My opinion only.
