There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Insurance on 2019 Spyder

I purchase my Spyder insurance with Dairyland today starting Nov 1,2019. I have never talked to anyone that was any politer and knew their product as the person I got at Dairyland. She went completely over my quote and I got everything I had with Safeco plus a little more. My total cost for one year $259.88. My Safeco $614.30. That is what my premium would be January 9,2020. If I waited until then I would had to have a new quote so I started it the first of November and will cancel Safeco then. They checked my credit score, I had to send prove that I owned my house and prove I had insurance coverage at this time. I was able to fax that to them and sign everything digital on the computer. They have a great website with all your information much better than Safeco.

That's a good rate. Thing is, your neighbor across the street might buy a 2018 RTL and Safeco would be his best option. As others have stated, the formulas are complicated and the only way to know is to shop around.

I made a mistake of using an online service that was suppose to shop many different companies and provide me with instant quotes. I had to provide all my information and I did get some quotes, but they were high and they asked that I contact them directly to provide some additional information in order to get lower quotes. Well, you dont really need to do that, because you'll get calls for two months from people wanting to sell you insurance and also car warranties. I dont think I'll do that again.

Mr gerald37,
That's exactly the path I took with Dairyland. I was with Markel Bikeline and they were always more reasonable than the auto insurers. When I quoted the Spyder they went up around the $600 annually mark, and Dairyland came in around the $350 mark. Think about it, for the most part the guys on the RTL's especially, but also for the most part all the big Spyders are tried and true cautious drivers, very little risk there. They're still making money hand over fist.

As soon as I get one call I have the number blocked. I get very few calls.

You are right. I have never turned in a claim other than 2005 I had a 2005 BMW K1200LT blow over in a parking lot. Very little damage. Over 64 years of riding motorcycles and driving cars I have never had any claims other than two windshields.

contact Wadena Ins. out of Des Moines. they are very competitive. My 2018 RT Limited is $323.00 a year for full coverage.
BIG F

Problem with blocking telemarketers numbers is that they often use spoof numbers and the number you block is not actually their number, but the number of a legitimate person or business. If the legitimate person needs to call you, then they can't get through. They waste a lot of our time. The do not call list is supposed to prohibit them from calling. I'm thinking, why would I want to do business with a company that has no respect for the law?

Sorry for off topic.

We just went with Dairyland. Never heard of them but was well worth the switch. Since they were much cheaper and paying full was a big discount, we up'd our insurance amounts.

I have not found anyone close to them. I went with them and sure not going to try anything else.
