I have read through the suspension posts, but can't seem to find exactly what I am looking for. This is a two part suspension question:
Part 1: Adjusting the Rally Suspension:
I am trying to get a better understanding on how to adjust the rear spring on the RALLY edition. The 600/900 base versions are extremely straight forward as there are 5 notches, just go up or down as needed.
(1A) What am I looking for? The manual gives specific measurements for the rally, but the black and white pics are messing with my eyes and I can't tell exactly what I am supposed to be measuring.
(1B) What tool do I use? Do I use the same tool as I would for the 5 notch spring or is there something different?

Part 2: Two-up question
I mostly ride solo, work, leisure rides, etc... Recently my wife has mentioned wanting to ride with me, no major touring, just cruising for an hour or so on the weekends.
I am aware of the manuals guidance of the weight capacity (438lbs) but I am curious as to real world testers as I saw a video where the guy said he was hitting his fender (900 non-rally model) when ride 2up on the 5th notch.
I just want to know if the rally suspension would hold up better.
Me- 6' 1'' @ 193lbs (approx 205 max/with gear)
Wife - 5' 9'' @ 165lbs (approx 175 max/with gear)
**both are athletic builds
Total weight approx 358 - 380lbs
