F3T and F3Limited mirror fix! The Wedgie!

I hit a big dip in the road and both mirror covers poped out at the top. Good thing they are screwed on with the Baker air wings. I just pushed them back on at the top. I would have lost both.

We can’t stress enough: check your mirror covers, particularly on the 19 models!! Until we come up with a classier solution, clear gorilla tape on top and bottom!! If you find yours loose, contact your dealer. We touch a lot of Spyders, so we see this problem more often than most.

I just installed and tried out the wedgies today. They are awesome. I can finally use the factory mirrors!!

If you have an F3T/L, and the mirrors shake, we have the fix! We tried all the posted DIY, then bolts, screws, you name it. They seemed to work, then as time went by, they went right back to useless. As a MSF instructor, using your mirrors helps keep you safe. Mirrors you can’t see with are dangerous. So, after multiple failures, we came up with a solution; the Wedgie! Just got back last week from Deadwood last Saturday. 4500 miles and the Wedgie was fabulous. You installed them in Tracy and the amazing thing about it is I don't even think about them, the mirrors behave the way they should have from the factory! Folks I didn't think I had a problem but we just love Joe and Ann and we were having our RT Squared Away so I just told Joe to install a set.....what a difference. Don't hesitate, this is the best and most effective thing you can do for your F3T or F3L! Thanks to Joe and Ann for all you do for the Spyder Community!

Had a lady get a set. She opened the package, and was completely underwhelmed! She thought, “ I bought this?” Her husband put them in, and she was absolutely amazed!!! Mirrors that work! No way! Yup, works like a charm!! If we can prevent just one crash, I’m happy!

Couple more ‘19 models. No change - still need a wedgie!! Beware, 2019! Models have issues with the mirror covers. A bit of clear tape to safeguard the covers until BRP comes up with a proper fix.

Joe, I installed mine today, been busy, and went for a good ride. At 75 mph, clear as a bell. So simple yet so effective, way to go! I hope you can sell a boat load of them as they really do make a difference. Prepping for my anual trip to Suches, GA the weekend after labor day for my Concours group get together at Two's.

We have several more trips before we close the books on 2019 - Utah, NORCAL, Utah, OK, TX, FL, CA. We have the wedgies with us, so we can mail them out on the go. We determined we have 12,000 more miles to go this year, plus in and around and commuting to work. We can always find a post office! Joe
