For some unknown reason this popped into my head so I looked it up. I bought this postcard back in the 80's. I brought it to work and my Sergent loved it. So he named him Hal Biflow. He then proceeded to sign up Hal for all kinds of things going on around the base. When organizers called, it was always, "Captain Bifflow stepped out of the office. I will relay your message". Great fun. So Hal got signed up for base sports teams, fund drives, he even volunteered to go to Iraq. Hal's photo was also used for a missing persons report, nothing official with police, he just hung up signs with a phone call to call if found. Several people called to say they think they saw him.
The postcard was displayed on the back wall of my Sergent's desk, all in tribute to a fine man, Captain Hal Biflow. Who was finally reassigned to a remote base in Alaska.
