16oz bottle should do about 12 wheels depending on how bad there dirtiness is. leaves no residue on the rims

can be used on all types of wheels..can't answer the other question cause I never done it although I did spray it on the chrome grill of my truck but it did nothing.sorry

just cleans them this stuff eliminates the need to get down on hands and knees with a brush and or sponge.
