• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am wondering if anyone who was at the Homecoming event in Valcourt, purchased items at the arena and had them shipped home. I purchased two items, was told by BRP/Performance NC that they would be shipped Tuesday June 6th(at my expense). I had not received my items or heard from them so I finally contacted BRP. A week later I am still waiting for some kind of an explanation. Any one else in this predicament? Dan
 
The items may be tied up in customs. Please keep us advised if you get the package or hear back on the status of your order from BRP. :thumbup:

Not really bothered by the fact I don't have them yet. A tracking number is all I want. And the fact I emailed BRP, got a response saying they would look into it and still no idea what is going on over a week later kind of scares me. I will update this post as needed. Dan

I just got an email from BRP about buying the Homecoming clothing items online...
Perhaps I'll wait and see how they get the shipping issues sorted out first. :dontknow:

I tried to order a T-shirt. The main page is FR or EN but the check out has no translation option and you can't pick the United States as your country of payment. I sent BRP an email.

As for the original poster's issue... If something is detained in US customer you usually get a snail mail letter in a few days. It might take longer though.

We also purchased items and asked to have them shipped. Just talked to Performance NC today and the items are supposed to be shipped by the end of the week.
We were told they have a huge pile of boxes to be shipped.
 
I purchased a BRP helmet, and am also awaiting for shipment, Will give the dealership a call tomorrow, thanks for the reminder. never mind previous post answers my question-- just more patience

The born on date was Sept. 2013,( which is 2+ years better than what I am currently wearing ) these helmets are no longer manufactured by Givi:(

so hopefully will use till the end of 2019, as I am in mild temperatures.

I am about 30 miles west of the city in the 'burbs. about halfway between Norristown and Pottstown.

I did start to translate it, but like I said. It would not let me pick USA as country so I gave up. I already got a hoodie when I was there so If I don't hear back from BRP, no big deal.
 
There was a choice for something like "United States outlying Islands"... That's the one that I used.
I have family that lived near Norristown... :thumbup:

I'm waiting on wheels. I called Performance NC yesterday. Answering recording is in french and then it says for service in english press 0 now. I pressed 0 and the guy answers in french. I asked if he spoke english. He said a little. I asked about shipments and he said they're going out this week. I have a UPS account, and also expected a notification by now. I guess I'll give it until the end of the month and then do the credit card dispute thing if needed. Really hoping it's not needed since I REALLY want the blade wheels :)

I also saw United States outlying Islands, the correct one was Etats-Unis, but I'm sure you will get your order.
