• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Newly purchased and delivered yesterday, on page 38 of the operators guide that comes with the Spyder it says for the tool kit, look under passenger seat, must be well hidden or invisible, none to be found, anybody know of its whereabouts.

Under the seat = Attached to the bottom of the seat. At least that is where the F3T is.

At the dealer, that's where my invisible
tool kit was at;)

Other places to look, saddlebags and frunk. If you don't find it on your machine, they owe you one. :congrats: on the new Daytona. The tool kit is not much, but it will do some things for minor repairs on the road.

Just like opening the frunk with the key pushed down to the left, you can unlock and remove the cowl by going right. You also should have been given keys to lock and unlock the cowl. There should also be a seat that fits in place of the cowl for 2 up ryding. Comes with every Daytona. My tool kit was in the cowl.

I was given the passenger seat and the cowl with two keys have lifted up the cowl and removed the cowl but still no tool kit.

If it's not tucked on the bottom of the passenger seat which is sitting on your shelf, then the dealer forgot it. We were looking at husbands Daytona yesterday, and his toolkit was on the shelf...

ok thanks, do you know if the drag bar is the only handle bars that you get with the unit or does it also come with stock

In oz we have to pay for any different bars. First thing Jeff did was take off the drag bars which come standard on the Daytona and put on stock bars from his old f3s - I bought short reach bars for me so it all worked out.

In my opinion, the u-fit-u-pay system should be - one set / any set, you choose, of handlebar/brake linkage comes with the price. Wouldn't be hard to do! Ok later changes can cost, but the initial choice should not cost extra.

BRP hope you are reading this!!

If it remains as-is perhaps brp need to change their advertising in connection with u-fit, to reflect the u-fit-u-pay reality.

It is still way cheaper and easier than on other models, so definitely a win.
