• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Holy Mackerel Andy, prices start at $29,849 for the F3L! I do like the looks but like the "Lady from Kansas" says, might as well buy a RT.

Why? The RT-S and F3-TL are similarly equipped at similar price points. Buy the one you like better.

For most that ride both before choosing, the F3 comes out the winner. I suspect the new F3TL with passenger arm rests installed will actually be MORE comfortable for the passenger than the RT. The driver is already more comfortable on the F3.

The question seems to concern the passenger's accommodations...
If they're important to you: buy the RT
If not: then this looks like a run ride!

I don't understand all of the speculation about passenger comfort ... no one knows until the passenger gets aboard the ship. Obviously there is some passenger comfort currently ... I see a lot of F3's in pictures with the passenger backrest which would lead me to think they carry a passenger. My daughter doesn't complain about being a passenger on my F3.

it all depends on the size of the driver and passenger. i am a big guy, and tend to have a full figured lady on the back of my rt if i give a ride. so it wouldn't work for me

It's undeniable that a larger passenger area with a wider seat; will be more comfortable for the "second chair".
With their current configurations: the RT offers much more comfort for the passenger. nojoke

Because we tried

It really isn't speculation we have tried and for a short distance it was ok. We have not tried 200 or 300 miles at once. The space is somewhat cramped and with the stock windshield the wind issues are severe. So if someone is Ryding two up all the time, the RT maybe a better choice. The only way to tell is to try them both. We have and the RT for us is a better two machine.......but then we don't ryde two up anymore!:yes::yes:

:agree: x 2 It was either my aching back or get Linda her own RT. It worked out well for both of us. At least, I am still riding.
