• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Passenger arm rest

I have a question about arm rests,I have a 2012 rt and on each side of the seat towards the rear there is a post sitting at roughly a 45 degree angle with an Allen bolt on each post,I was told that these were mounts for an arm rest but I cannot find the type of armrest these belong to they do not match up with any of the available armrests out that I can tell the closest are maybe the diamond r. I was just wondering if anyone has encountered these and could tell me which brand. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Mike.

Is this your bike and do you have the diamond r setup. And if so how do you like them?

Diamond R Armrests

Hi one of the first farkels I did was diamond R arm rests. Very easy install. Use the existing bolt holes under seat after
removing the 2 existing bolts and using the DR supplied bolts. Arm rests are very sturdy. They do not lock in place but
they stay where placed with the supplied nylon washers. Sorry no pic's but PM me and I will get you some. Bob

Thanks after further checking on the inter webs the diamond r armrests are definitely the bracket that is already installed .will probably still have to buy the whole setup though,I am going to contact diamond r to see if they offer just the armrest without the bracket.maybe I can locate just the armrests for a little less $ thanks for the input. Mike
