I'm trying to take off my Stage 2 Elka shocks (front) and replace them with my OEM shocks on my 2014 RT Limited.
I have my wheels on the ground and the bottom bolt is very snug but the nut is off. There appears to be too much pressure on the shock to remove the bolt. I've jacked up the front end to relieve the tension on the shock, but the bolt is still tight.
I understand that when the bottom bolt is out, I'll raise the wheel off the ground and it'll make the top bolt easy to remove. Reverse the process to install.
What am I doing wrong?
