• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The Kradellock Guy

Met up with Bob Becker today, the inventor and maker of the Kradellock.
He wanted to take some photo's of his product on a Spyder, and since he lives real close ......

Real nice guy and has a locking mechanism for just about anything a bike should need. He arrived on his HD which had locks on his GoPro, side case inners, GPS, front fairing, etc. Pretty impressive

Thought I'd share this in case ya'll are looking for Zumo GPS locks.

I've no affiliation.

If you are friendly with him. See if he may incorporate a sun shade to the gps lock. Ive found others that will fit with but can easily walk off while the gps stays locked down.

I wasn't there but I still care! POW /MIA VETS

I did mention a sun shade to him but that's not something he does.
I made my own shade. Cut it from a thin plastic folder cover from Staples and secured it with thin strips of velcro.
If someone walks off with it -- they need it more than me I guess ;). Maybe cost me a couple of $'s to make and I have enough leftover "folder" to make a few more.

Bob,
His site was a little confusing so I called him. Good guy to work with, he relayed to me exactly how it worked and what I needed.
Good instructions came with the lock also.

Check this link below, might be of help

Thanks!!
I'll order one this weekend! :2thumbs:

Make sure that the bolts he supplies are for the Spyder RT. We found that they need to be 1 3/4" long, not the 1 1/2" he usually supplies for other bikes.
Best to call him, say you spoke to Roger in Rancho Cordova.
