• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I think there are base models in each of the years of the RS both of the Manual and SE and the base does not come with cruise.

I looked at the CanAm website. For 2015 the RSS model comes with cruise control standard. I am guessing the same for both 2014 and 2013 models.

The RS version does not show cruise control.

:agree: Once they went to the 991 series engines, with throttle by wire; it was an easy thing for them to add to the bikes.

thanks guys.

I think either the 13 or 14 will fit my needs.
Also, if cruise is your only "hangup" don't shy away from an RS. All you need to do to obtain cruise simply on an RS is to swap out the grip/control assembly. It's like $350 or so and completely plug and play from what others are finding out.

Didn't Craniac add cruise control to his bike?
As I recall; he didn't buy the entire unit. He just installed a switch, and hooked it up to the electronics that were already in place...
You might want to try PMming him for the details...
