• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Traveling back to florida from the pacific coast and the Rockies the foam wind shield on my sema intercom gave it up in Kansas. Had to turn off the system the noise was terrible. Met a gentleman at a fuel stop in central Kansas, traveling on a Honda with a camper. He had the same problem cured it with a trip to the hardware store. 49 cent foam paint brush take the handle and plastic core out and slip over the mike. Works great. I had mine fixed before I left town. What a great group of thinking people you meet on the highway

Thanks for posting this. We lost one last year when we were riding around the country. Got a replacement in Durango from a music store but they sure were proud of it.

Great..!!

thanks for sharing this cool tip. I have met many a seasoned fellow along the backroads who had simple solutions to my seemingly complex problems. They seem to have a different way of looking at things...

Some of the most complex problems have a simple solution, It's finding that solution thats always the difficult bit in my experience
