RT Starting without touching brake pedal

Have noticed since doing cat bypass on my RT it will now start without touching the brake pedal.
I've checked the brake pedal travel under the RT and there is nothing anywhere near touching/hindering the full travel of the brake pedal.
Have not heard of this situation before on this forum or others so any constructive suggestions of possible causes will be very much appreciated.

Mine starts without engaging the brake if it's in neutral. If it was shut down and left in any gear, I have to engage the brake to start it. It's been that way since I got it a month ago.

:agree: If I shut down in gear then I have to push the break pedal down. otherwise just reach over and hit start.

my 2014 RT limited auto from day one has always started without touching the brake petal..

Checked my 2010 and it started, without touching the break, when it was in N. Any other time, I have to press the break.
