One of my customers used to be Moen... The faucet/plumbing people.
They have been doing stuff like this for years with lasers and resins. they got their first 3d printer like this four years ago. It allowed them to rapidly prototype shower heads and other fixtures and test flow.
The tech keeps getting better and cheaper though.

The benefit to these newer ones is worker health. At Moen, their laser based prototyper used a resin that was highly, and I mean highly cancer causing. It was also thousands of dollars per gallon. It required a clean room and bunny suits to properly rinse the finished model prior to handling.
They had another older unit that instead of resin used powdered metal.
They had just bought their first 3d printer... which still used a highly toxic and cancer causing resin, but didn't require the clean room and bunny suits as it was cured as it printed.
It was mind blowing for me at the time to see their prototyping lab...
That said, nothing they had at the time could print multi colored, and complex pieces that actually had moving parts like the machine in this video.
I wasn't trying to one up anyone.
