The Zumo sits a little low, but as I am only 5'10", it barely blocks the very top icons on the info screen when I am seated.
I also wired it into the Spyder by cutting off the OEM plug and making my own 3.5mm adapter. The Zumo turns on and shuts off with the key, and the audio plays through the speakers. P1000311.jpg
I mounted the GPS antenna under the trim piece in the frunk. P1000308.jpg
I mounted Ram balls Lamont style, and hung a cup holder.
Now if my Corbin and Elkas ever show up I might be able to button this baby up and go for a ryde!!
I could not put the antenna pic in the last post, so here it is. Do you experts think this mounting will work? The Garmin manual says it can be covered by something as long as it is non-metallic .

Whatever works for your situation is the way to do it. I still don't have the GPS off of RSV yet, so when I get around to that it may appear on the Spyder. Until then I'll just point it down a road and see what is there
